Outstanding Tips to Fully Optimize your IG Bio 🪄

In this magical week between Christmas and the New Year, some of us take it a little slower, and some are optimizing and setting up an excellent foundation for the new year ahead.

This week Hiiigh Vibes brings you an easy and worthwhile optimization must-haves that you can implement today and start being found in 2023! We’re sure you've heard of “Optimize your IG Bio” but do you know what that means or how to do it? We broke down our IG Bio to show you how we’ve optimized ours to be more recognized by our ideal audience.

Your Instagram Handle should include keywords along with your name to ensure you are searchable on Instagram.

Keep it consistent across all platforms; you will likely be more searchable within google.

Your main purpose and call to action

This is where the fun begins since you are restricted to using 150 characters or less. We suggest typing everything you would like included in your bio in a word document to see what makes sense or what alternative words you may be able to use until it flows nicely and you haven’t exceeded your character limit.

We also suggest emojis to reduce character count and A/B testing varieties of your main purpose to collect data on what is working. Keep your CTAs short and sweet, a clear concise call to action will help your visitor follow through.

Finally, your Link in Bio should be clutter-free and include your website shop page, if you have one. We suggest using Linktree, if you are unfamiliar, Linktree is a platform that allows you to host and display multiple links to your Instagram. This is a better solution than having a catch-all website link.
